1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to services and products offered by CROX s.r.o. and govern the contractual relationship between CROX s.r.o. and its customers.
2. Prices and Payment
- All prices are stated in Euro (EUR) and include statutory VAT where applicable.
- Invoices are payable within 14 days net and 30 days gross.
- Payment methods: credit card, bank transfer, Klarna, cash.
3. Notice of Defects
Business customers must report obvious defects or transport damages immediately after receipt of the goods/services.
4. Right of Withdrawal and Cancellations
If services have already been provided or projects have incurred material and labor costs, these will be charged proportionally.
5. Termination of Contracts
Contracts may be terminated with 30 days' notice.
6. Warranty and Liability
We are liable only for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are liable exclusively in cases of personal injury.
7. Final Provisions
If any provision of this agreement is or becomes invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
8. Copyright
All content on this website, including texts, images, graphics, and designs, is protected by copyright.

Diese AGB gelten für Dienstleistungen und Produkte, die durch CROX s.r.o. angeboten werden. Sie regeln die Vertragsbeziehungen zwischen CROX s.r.o. und ihren Kunden.
2. Preise und Zahlungsbedingungen
- Alle Preise verstehen sich in Euro (EUR) und enthalten die gesetzliche Mehrwertsteuer, sofern anwendbar.
- Rechnungen sind innerhalb von 14 Tagen netto und 30 Tagen brutto zahlbar.
- Zahlungsarten: Kreditkarte, Banküberweisung, Klarna, Barzahlung.
3. Mängelrüge
Gewerbliche Kunden sind verpflichtet, offensichtliche Mängel oder Transportschäden sofort nach Erhalt der Ware dem Transportunternehmen zu melden.
4. Widerrufsrecht und Stornierungen
Bei Dienstleistungen, die bereits erbracht wurden, oder Projekten, bei denen Materialkosten und Arbeitsaufwände entstanden sind, werden diese anteilig in Rechnung gestellt.
5. Kündigung von Verträgen
Verträge können mit einer Frist von 30 Tagen gekündigt werden.
6. Gewährleistung und Haftung
Wir haften nur für Vorsatz und grobe Fahrlässigkeit. Für leichte Fahrlässigkeit haften wir ausschließlich bei Personenschäden.
7. Schlussbestimmungen
Sollten einzelne Bestimmungen dieses Vertrages ganz oder teilweise ungültig sein oder werden, bleibt die Gültigkeit der übrigen Bestimmungen unberührt.
8. Urheberrecht
Alle Inhalte dieser Website, einschließlich Texte, Bilder, Grafiken und Designs, unterliegen dem Urheberrecht.

Tieto všeobecné obchodné podmienky sa vzťahujú na služby a produkty ponúkané spoločnosťou CROX s.r.o. a upravujú zmluvný vzťah medzi CROX s.r.o. a jej zákazníkmi.
2. Ceny a platobné podmienky
- Všetky ceny sú uvedené v eurách (EUR) a zahŕňajú zákonnú DPH, ak je uplatniteľná.
- Faktúry sú splatné do 14 dní netto a 30 dní brutto.
- Spôsoby platby: kreditná karta, bankový prevod, Klarna, hotovosť.
3. Oznámenie vád
Podnikateľskí zákazníci sú povinní bezodkladne po prevzatí tovaru/služby oznámiť zjavné vady alebo poškodenia vzniknuté počas prepravy.
4. Právo na odstúpenie a storno
Ak už boli služby poskytnuté alebo pri projektoch vznikli náklady na materiál a prácu, budú tieto náklady účtované pomerne.
5. Ukončenie zmlúv
Zmluvy je možné ukončiť s výpovednou lehotou 30 dní.
6. Záruka a zodpovednosť
Zodpovedáme iba za úmysel a hrubú nedbanlivosť. Pri ľahkej nedbanlivosti zodpovedáme výlučne v prípadoch ujmy na zdraví.
7. Záverečné ustanovenia
Ak je alebo sa stane niektoré ustanovenie tejto zmluvy úplne alebo čiastočne neplatné, platnosť ostatných ustanovení zostáva nedotknutá.
8. Autorské práva
Všetok obsah na tejto webovej stránke, vrátane textov, obrázkov, grafiky a dizajnov, je chránený autorským právom.
